Shipping policy

At HighMoon Wellness, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently.
 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your

order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

All orders are shipped via FedEx Standard Shipping.

Estimated delivery time: Domestic (U.S. only): 2–5 business days. Please note that delivery times

are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 USD on all orders within the United States.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a FedEx tracking number via email. Please allow up

to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

HighMoon Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by FedEx, weather conditions, or other

factors outside our control. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we

will assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. HighMoon Wellness is not

responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
