Refund Policy

All sales are final. High Moon Wellness does not offer refunds. We gladly replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect if reported within 48 hours of delivery. Proof of damage is required for all exchange requests. Approved replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.

We do not accept exchanges on products purchased at a retail location. Please contact the retailer to inquire about returns.
